Questions, bug reports, billing, or anything about your account — email us and a person will answer. We aim to reply within two business days.
It helps to include your device model, your iOS version, and — if it is about your account — the account ID shown under your name on the Me tab.
Frequently asked
- Are the characters real people?
- No. Every character is fictional and every reply is generated by an AI model. Nothing said in the app is a real person speaking, and the app repeats this at the top of each conversation.
- How do I get more hearts?
- Open Me → Daily Reward. Checking in each day and completing missions both award hearts.
- My conversation is missing.
- Conversations live on our servers and are tied to your account, not to the app on your phone. If a thread is missing after reinstalling, email us with your account ID and we will look it up.
- Can I change a character after creating it?
- Yes — open the character from Me → My Characters and edit it. The conversations you have already had with them are kept.
- Something in the app is inappropriate.
- Report it from inside the app: open the conversation or the character's profile, tap the â‹® menu, and choose Report. Pick the reason that fits and we will review it. You can also email us at the address above.
- Who is Novia for?
- Adults. The App Store rates Novia 17+.
Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it — profile, conversations, characters you created, and your heart balance.
- Open the app and go to the Me tab.
- Tap your name to open your profile and note the account ID.
- Email oxaluspublic@gmail.com from any address, with that account ID and the subject “Delete my account”.
Deletion is permanent. Conversations and characters cannot be restored afterwards, and hearts are not refundable. We complete requests within 30 days and email you when it is done.
